Our commitment
Under normal circumstances we will fulfil all orders within 4 working days of receiving payment. We will only charge customers for items that have been dispatched and via the payment option chosen on the customer order.
Contract
When you buy our goods and services on the internet, you are entering a legally binding contract.
Order Cancellation of Non-Perishable Goods* following delivery.
If you wish to cancel an order for any non-perishable item you are very welcome to return them to us within 7 working days from the day after the day that you receive the goods. Items will only be accepted if they are a) unused and b) in the exact same condition that they were delivered in. Customers returning items will be liable for the initial and return costs of delivery. Items returned after 7 days will also be liable to a 7.5% administration fee. A refund for the balance of goods will be made to you within 30 days of cancellation less the original delivery charge.
*This complies with the new European Directive on distance selling which is incorporated into UK law by the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000..
Complaints Procedure
Any query or complaint will be dealt with immediately. Customers will receive an acknowledgement within 2 working days and your issue resolved within this time frame whenever possible, but not longer than 5 working days. Force Majeure: No liability will be accepted by Modelcorner.co.uk for any failure or delay in performance which is wholly or partially due to an Act of God, War, Fire, Explosion, Riot, Civil Commotion, Restriction by Government or other competent authority, Strikes, Lock Outs, Failure in supplies or to any cause whatsoever beyond our control.
Value Added Tax
Where relevant VAT is included in the price of the goods where relevant.

We reserve the right to change, modify, substitute or remove without notice any information on this website. Prices, goods and availability of products are subject to change at any time. Model Corner also reserves the right to withdraw its service at any time, to refuse the service to any customer and to amend these Terms & Conditions, all at any time without notice.

These conditions shall be construed according to and governed by UK Laws.
None of our Terms and Conditions affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
